Our facility is located at 5695 Old Millington Road in Millington, Tennessee 38053.

To reach our location, take the Millington exit off of I40 / 240. Continue north on Hwy 51 until you reach the intersection of Hwy 51 and Fite Rd. Turn right onto Fite Rd at this intersection. When you reach the 4-way stop, turn left onto Old Millington Rd. We are on the left side of the road.
