Services

Sandblasting
We aggregate blast in our shop and in the field. We use various aggregates such as sand, Black Beauty, Star Blast, Green Lightning, glass beads, and walnut shells.

Painting
We provide commercial and industrial painting services in the shop and the field. Our painting applications range from warehouse walls and ceilings to exotic lining and containment coatings.

Powder Coat System

Powder Coatings
Our powder coating system consists of a five-stage washer, a dry off/cure oven, an I-beam conveyor, and a 10,000 cfm powder booth. We have a parts opening size of 4' wide and 6' high and a maximum of 8' in length.

Bottles on the line

	Shop Painting We have an eight-acre shop facility with approximately 24,000 square feet under roof for painting operations. We have cranes and forklifts to handle most loading and unloading needs.

Tank Lining
We provide lining services for new and existing tanks. We have applied epoxies, novalacs, vinyl esters, fiberglass, and baked phenolics.

Floor Coatings
We apply total floor systems or we can apply zone designations. We use shotblasting as the preferred surface preparation.

Secondary Containment
We apply thin film to thick reinforced coating systems, based on your product requirements.

Stack Coatings
Vinyl Ester Coatings offer high temperature resistance and chemical resistance for protection of steel stacks. We offer catalyst injection applications, which shorten the return to service time. It also lowers the application temperature requirement.

Painted Pipe

Passivation
We chemically passivate stainless parts to remove free iron and other contaminants. This promotes the formation of a chromium rich corrosion resistant layer.
